The State of Record Labels

Here is another opinion about the state of the record label. I will say this, since the internet has come along, the playing field has been leveled on the point of entertainment and artistry. Now since that has happened, the powers that be no longer get to control what you hear, and with this I think that is beautiful. I will say for those who work at labels and have families to feed off that money, I say you know, keep doing your thing, but as a whole I think it is time for change.
