I will say this......R Les is really underrated, he got a new album out and he was only #35 on the Billboard charts. See this is why I think all of that is a bunch of crap. Album sales dont show you how much talent this guy has. Also sad that Cassie jumped ship only to be with Diddy. With R Les was where she should have stayed. On the real.

Inglorious Bastards

Here is a preview of the new flick by Quentin Tarantino. Tarantino is one of my favorite directors. I have been a Quentin hound since the days of Resevoir Dogs, and I have seen every movie he has directed. This one stars Brad Pitt, and it looks like it is going to be just as crazy as all the rest. I love his vision and his style of direction. So I am really excited about this one coming out sometime this summer I think.

Just for Now -- Imogen Heap

You know every once in a while you need something to rinse off your palette. From hearing some much of certain things, you sometimes tend to get jaded by new sounds in the same genre. But when you hear something like this that is refreshing, its like the rinse and you can go back to hearing those old sounds with new ears. This right here is an amazing video of her rehearsing I think for a show. Straight accapella with samplers and you got brillance.

Here is a cool video by DJ Mehdi and Thomas Bangalter called Signatune. I love the decibel war at the end. I love videos like this, that tell a story, but one that you might now have heard about before. Whether made up or true, its always interesting seeing something from the obscure.

Buraka Som Sistema -- Kalemba (wegue wegue) Hot chip remix

My girl Daniela told me about this group. and I heard this track and have been trying to lock this down so that I can put this in one of my mixes. It is a banging song from a group from Lisboa (Lisbon), Portugal. They also got a remix from one of the hottest remixers in the game. The original is off the hook, but this remix just takes it to another level.

Snowboarding in Chile

I am so itching to get on a board and go riding. Here is more riding here in the Andes from some riders from Europe. Looks like La Parva y Valle Nevado. All I know is I will be doing this in the next couple of months, and for those of you who are out there now doing it, GO HARD!

DJ Revolution -- Man or Machine

Here is the new DJ Revolution on Duck Down Records called Man or Machine. This one is really nice, its about bringing back turntablism, something that I think is becoming extinct due to the CDJ and computer mixing. But I think with Final Scratch you can still do the same but with MP3. But for the purist in me, it will always be about the vinyl, big up to all those djs out there that are keeping the art alive.

Cannabis Cup aka Stoners SuperBowl 20th Anniversary

Here is a documentary over the Cannabis Cup 2008 in Amsterdam. I think that I will be trying to go there and cover this one day for the radio station. Really that would be off the hook to go there spin some records, and be a judge for some good buds. Now that would be ridiculous. Disfrutala.
